They have ruined what was a great relationship. I leased two cars from them and used their service department exclusively over the years. I loved their service department. No more. They did some insurance work on my Jeep Compass but because of parts delays, only part of the work was done but all the work was paid for by insurance. We could never make arrangements due to scheduling problems on both sides. We have now moved away and they are extremely slow and difficult refunding the money that was paid for the work not completed. They no longer return phone calls and emails from either us or the insurance company. They said they would send us a check but it was for less than the amount they were paid for the work not completed. They won't explain why the amount is lower. They finally sent a check to our old address even though they were specifically given the new address and we don't even know how much that check is actually for. So now, we need to figure out how we get them to resend a check because they are still not replying to requests. They really ruined a good customer relationship and I used to always recommend them. I can no longer recommend them. More

When they let you know that their finance team will shop around for the best rate for you they are not joking! This has been the best experience I have ever had with a dealership.
