I asked many of the employees about it and they all didn't like it too but I have the feeling they were not going to complained about it because of fear of management. More
I took my Kia Soul in for a long-delayed maintenance checkup, and had impeccable service. Luis at the service department helped me and went through my options. Then I was directed to the customer lounge checkup, and had impeccable service. Luis at the service department helped me and went through my options. Then I was directed to the customer lounge and I was glad to stay out of the heat - it was 85-90 degrees that day. He kept in touch and let me know what ETA to expect. When I was called back, he explained what the service department did, step by step, and how my vehicle fared on the checklist for maintenance. I had an oil change, wheel alignment, air conditioning filter replacement, basically the 30k factory-recommended reset package. He also pointed out future services, but did not upsell me on tires. I added in a battery replacement when I saw it was graded as fair, and he let me know it would take about 15 more minutes to do. All of this, and he gave me a discount and a complimentary car wash/rinse. I was highly impressed with the professionalism and care the dealership showed me and my car. More
