Efrain told me for the inconvenience of going back & fourth so many times due to a part of my car not painted having to ship it out to get painted then going in and it not matching the color black with fourth so many times due to a part of my car not painted having to ship it out to get painted then going in and it not matching the color black with my car. Next then the part was scratched so anther trip back home till a new part came in, that I was going to get a Free oil change for the inconvenience. Yeah, that didn’t happen. Already frustrated with having to go back & fourth & then not sticking to what you said? Thats crazy. Also was told I was going to get a car wash, Ahah also didn't happen. At this point looking to go into a further KIA to take better care of my needs. More
Incredibly upset about the whole experience. Went in for an electrical issue since my car charger isn’t working. I did also get new tires and an oil change, and while absolutely overpriced, whatever, my decision to go through with it. What irritated me is that I was told the electrical part would be available in 2 to 3 business days by the technician, then the service desk said 10 to 14 days but then changed it to “whatever the tech said, they know best” when we questioned it. ALMOST TWO MONTHS LATER I still hadn’t head back. I call, get the run around. The service dept sends me to the parts dept and back and forth. FINALLY get an answer that the part is backordered with no ETA. I get it, there are a lot of issues right now. But the thing that pisses me off is nobody ever updated me in all that time. No call, no text, no email. Then they were so quick to pass me off to somebody else. I already paid for the part at that point and just wanted a refund. Then they tried to bs me and say I can’t get a refund unless I physically come in??? I called them out on it, they had the tech call me back, and he issued the refund no problem without me coming in. So the original response felt like a ploy to make it harder for me. So frustrated. So disappointed. I will avoid this place when possible. More

Did not feel pressured into doing any extra or even necessary repairs. The dealership waiting lounge is clean; coffee, popcorn and water are available for waiting customers. Free WiFi and comfortable seats. They also have vending machines for other snacks. Restrooms are spotless! Luis checked a few times on me to let me know how my car service was coming along. He asked if I would like to be dropped off and picked up anywhere near by (My car was going to take a while) Garden Grove KIA (and Luis 😃) makes you feel important and respected. I would not take my car anywhere else. More
