Having to take my car for a recall was a positive experience, Luis was very helpful and my wait was pleasant. I was helped at the scheduled time and was out faster than expected. Excellent comfortabl experience, Luis was very helpful and my wait was pleasant. I was helped at the scheduled time and was out faster than expected. Excellent comfortable, clean customer lounge area, and did not have a long wait compared to my previous dealers' experiences. In addition, I was helped with my key remote. I did have to return the next day to reprogram one of my key remotes and was helped on very short notice. Again, the service was fast (20 minutes) and I plan to return to this facility for my next KIA needs. More

Your service time could improve on auto service. Waited 2 hr 45 min for oil change, wiper blade replacement, brake fluid exchange. Needed more service but could not sit for an additional 2/3 hours to get it done. More

I bought a used car here and it gave me nothing but trouble since driving it home. I’ve had to take in 4 different times to get serviced within 3 weeks of purchase. To say I’m disappointed and feel tak trouble since driving it home. I’ve had to take in 4 different times to get serviced within 3 weeks of purchase. To say I’m disappointed and feel taken advantage of is a gross understatement. The service team was nice and friendly and tried to help but the issue persists. I will never return to this Kia. More

Always pleasant and efficient there. Luis kept me informed and the car was done well before I needed it. I never worry about them charging me for something I don’t need.
