The main reason for my visit was that my Telluride had been making a noise on the back. We suspected it could be the suspension. The service department let us know that it wasn’t the suspension but a rubb been making a noise on the back. We suspected it could be the suspension. The service department let us know that it wasn’t the suspension but a rubber that prevents metal to collide, and that the broken part need to be replaced. They told us that in about 3 days they would receive the part and call us to make an appointment to bring the car back. However it’s been more than 2 weeks and they keep telling us that they have no idea when the part will come in. They say there’s nothing they can do, and I’m just waiting here hopping that no further damage occurs. More
