They lie about not able to open hud..I couldn’t believe it.. Jacob told me 3 guys had try.. I ask to b taken to the car.. I lifted the lever n it open immediately…they thought I was a stupid woman.. All the customers I saw at the dealership were wearing masks. NO employees were wearing masks. This shows the dealer does not care about the health and welfare of their customers. We are still in this pan masks. NO employees were wearing masks. This shows the dealer does not care about the health and welfare of their customers. We are still in this pandemic. I will not return to this dealership. I prefer to bring my business to a dealer that cares about its customers. More

Paid for Sythetic oil got bulk.Tire pressure light on after completion. I was Told by Kurtis just drive 5 miles and light will disappear.I refused to leave till he corrected the tire pressure.Told Top of after completion. I hope to never have to go to Kia for any more Recalls especially this Garden Grove Kia Dealership.Will try to sell this Kia Soul so I don't have to go there to fix any more Recalls.Kia has too many Recalls and it is not worth my time,energy and stress too.
