The service is SLOW and horrible. The first thing that I was told when I brought my car in for an oil change was, “you don’t need service” which I did, as my car hit the mileage. Additionally, I live 40 miles away from this dealership and no loaner car or ANYTHING was offered. Lastly, when I got my car back from service, nothing was fixed, they merely turned the check engine light off and told me to come back if it comes back on. This “warranty” Kia offers is bogus, along with the cheaply made cars. I have personally brought in 3 friends of mine to buy Kia’s and now I will NEVER purchase, recommend, or refer GG Kia or Kia as a brand to ANYONE. More

I brought in my KIA Optima for a leaking gas line right before the motor and the part took 2 months to get there. Kia did not offer to give me a rental while waiting for the part. When my car was FINALLY ready to be picked up I asked if there was anything they could do for the price which was around 440 dollars (84 dollars for the part) and 330 dollars for labor and they said no.... After waiting 2 months I was expecting some kind of discount. When they brought my car to the pick up location it was beyond dirty. I was hoping as a customer service for waiting 2 months and my car being outside for 2 months at least a car wash? It was just bad customer service. Also Kia Optima's are not reliable at all. My KIA has had 6 recalls since owning it, a blown up engine, this issue with the fuel hose leaking. I have learned my lesson and I will not ever do business with Kia again. I am now a proud owner of a Toyota Camry which I know are way more reliable than Kia's Thank you More
