The dealership itself is good. It’s clean and they have snacks and a tv. However, they use Covid as a reason why they can’t have a shuttle service and they replaced that with a Lyft or Uber but only one wa snacks and a tv. Staying there isn’t an option a lot of times because they take a long time to do simple work. It was 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They also use Covid as an excuse for not washing cars and make you ask for EITHER a dash wipe down and vacuum OR windshield wipe down. I was there for a part replacement on my car and ASKED for a vacuum and dash wipe down and was told it was done, only to get into my car to find that it had not been done. Luis is great tho, I really like him, he’s friendly and these things are completely out of his hands obviously. Just sucks coming from a volkswagen dealership that washes and vacuums every service and also has a shuttle OR rental service. Makes me regret switching to KIA tbh. We drive over an hour to get to this location. More
I feel like the care has slowly gotten worse and worse, with the goal of upcharging/upselling. I have had an issue with my rear view mirror ever since I’ve gone to this specific Kia dealership. I had to go with the goal of upcharging/upselling. I have had an issue with my rear view mirror ever since I’ve gone to this specific Kia dealership. I had to go elsewhere to fix my rear view mirror at an affordable price and this dealership kept claiming that they NEVER touch it during their inspections, oil changes etc. Well I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned recently. It was VERY evident and clear that they did indeed move my rear view mirror around, there were finger prints on it and it was not adjusted to my vision. I am very sure that they were the ones that ruined my rear view mirror and they refuse to even be empathetic regarding my situation. Instead they offered to charge $200 to inspect the rear view mirror and fix it (additional charge if requires fixing) when I’m sure they were the ones who messed it up in the first place. This is probably the last chance that I’m giving them. More
