We went to the dealership for a recall service. After an hour they suggested getting an oil change as well. We agreed. After 2 and a half hours (which the said would be the total amount of time for the ent hour they suggested getting an oil change as well. We agreed. I am very disappointed with the dealership and how they handled it. More

Once I was helped it was good. I went inside, no one helped me for like 15 min. Then told me to move my car. Came back in waited then told me to get in my car otherwise no one would help me.
