Frank was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. My Sorento went in for it’s 10K service. Frank told me that the car would be ready for pick up within 2 hours, at the exact 2 hour mark, my service. My Sorento went in for it’s 10K service. Frank told me that the car would be ready for pick up within 2 hours, at the exact 2 hour mark, my car was ready. Paying for the service was extremely easy. I went in for a recall for my Kia Optima, I was told there would be an inspection complimentary where they would check fluids, breaks, and tires. I was not informed on the findings. I was given the keys there would be an inspection complimentary where they would check fluids, breaks, and tires. I was not informed on the findings. I was given the keys and not told what was done to my vehicle. I checked the breaks yesterday and I have less than 10% left on my pads. It would have been nice if they were to inform me about this.
