Luis was my service provider and he explained everything regarding the warranty guidelines for my daughters car and we were relieved that the problem was covered under the warranty! He also explained the 6 regarding the warranty guidelines for my daughters car and we were relieved that the problem was covered under the warranty! He also explained the 60,000 mile service in detail and although I think the cost was excessive and there were no offers for 20% on service, I still had the 60,000 maintenance done.
