I went in for a simple oil change but the adviser secretly added a tire rotation on top of my order. Furthermore, there is no more complementary car wash the very first time for service at this deale secretly added a tire rotation on top of my order. The reason I took my car in was because of a recall, and I also schedule an oil change, but I didn’t need a tire rotation because I had just gotten new tires 2 weeks prior to my service. the gentleman that I also schedule an oil change, but I didn’t need a tire rotation because I had just gotten new tires 2 weeks prior to my service. the gentleman that helped me said that they couldn’t do an oil change by itself, I had to do the service bundle that comes with the tire rotation. Went in and knew exactly what was needed but was basically dismissed and told me what they had to do and didn’t really explain or help. Overpriced.
