Web Espinoza came out, introduced himself as our Service Consultant, quickly understood all of the issues in play, and through great diligence on his part, all or our concerns were addressed and resolved. We'll look forward to regular 5,000 Mile visits to keep things running perfectly from here. And for all thinking of buying, all the dealers sell all the same cars. The hope is to be treated fairly, with a good deal for all involved. The service writter I worked with was very helpful. The work took longer than I expected (2 hours for an oil change and check up). The only negative to the visit was the customer waiting area. Very loud music plus load tv on at the same time with the channel set to a series of "Survivor" shows. Not what you want to spend 2 hours listening to. Either eliminate the music or the tv or provide an alternative area in which to wait. More
