Luis was extremely helpful! Nothing like my first visit. He was friendly, generous, talkative, and offered me a car wash (air freshener included) and the best part of all, he of Nothing like my first visit. I didn't get a chance to say this to Luis in service, but I brought my car in for a recall. I asked if they could check my car (understanding they are busy and that is a separate service entirely). He said y I brought my car in for a recall. I asked if they could check my car (understanding they are busy and that is a separate service entirely). He said yes and offered me a carwash on top of it (my car is notably dirty on the exterior bc of a tree I have to park under. Sad) He also made sure I had a ride home which was really unexpected and very very nice. Anyway, a few months ago I took my car to get an oil change at a local garage. The guy told me how dangerous it was for me to be driving on my current tires and that I should order them with him that day. As a single younger woman, I always feel vulnerable in those situations and went with my gut and said not today. As I said previously, I didn't mention this to anyone at Kia, they are a high volume dealership and there wasn't alot of time to chat, which I completely understand. I was there for a safety recall, and they went above and beyond with what I asked for anyway. When Luis went over my vehicle information upon completion, he said I will need new tires in the future but they are good for now. I know he has no idea how much that meant to me, just the honesty and how helpful he was. I have to say, I was really shocked they didn't want me to do anything to my car, and it showed alot of integrity just being honest and pointing out what will need to be replaced soon. People are always weary of going to the dealer, but they did not try to sell me on one thing, got my safety recall completed very quickly and were so nice. Thank you, Luis. You made my day by being honest with me and I will always bring my car here now (Garden Grove Kia). Great guy and he is an asset to the service team! Everyone in this dept was wonderful.
