My car has been going back and forth to this dealer for almost a month and they just lie. They told me they will replace the engine and the didn't do it. Worst services I gotten. I feel everytime I go it keeps getting worse and worse. I came for an oil change and got charged a 5k service fee. The power went out so they couldn’ I feel everytime I go it keeps getting worse and worse. I came for an oil change and got charged a 5k service fee. The power went out so they couldn’t access the system, lost a whole day waiting for my car to be ready. The guy that was helping us left without even notifying us or telling anyone else. They didn’t want to honor a coupon I had and they couldn’t dispute the charge because the system was down. I left and during the drive my oil light turns on. Had to drop off the car and leave it overnight since they supposedly didn’t have anyone to check it out. The next day i lost a whole day again since they said the car would be ready in the morning, it is 4pm. I also get charged for the oil sensor that supposedly stopped working. Ridiculous, this is the last time I bring my car here. More
