I've taken my care in twice for the same issue and have not had it resolved. It was recommended to make a purchase of a new battery to help resolve the issue and it is present still. Above all the employe not had it resolved. It was recommended to make a purchase of a new battery to help resolve the issue and it is present still. Above all the employees do not seem to care about the clients. There is no ownership when it comes to problem solving, they do the bare minimum when it comes to service. It's very inconsistent the service you can expect. Sometimes you get your car wash, other times you don't. I am not sure if this is across the board for Kia but the customer service is really bad. Check engine light came on and this dealership had live person to answer phone not like HB Kia dealership that never returned voicemail or chat on their website. Professional customer service. Arrived early for my appointment but no problem to check in. Courtesy Lyft ride both ways. Reason for 4 star rating is that my washer fluid was not filled as listed on service invoice....a little things matter when I spent almost 3K on service. More

Great service and nicely equipped lobby. I was able to plug in my laptop and work comfortably while I waited for my recall service and my brakes to get done. They had high top tables with plug in outlets to charge phones as well while you wait. They also had a great coffee/latte machine that also served hot chocolate. So far my car is doing great 👍 I also received a free carfax report that I found very useful. I will likely be back for future service. More
