I scheduled an appointment for a recall which would replace an item on my vehicle. It was placed a week and two business days prior to my service. After assessing my vehicle I was told a part was neede replace an item on my vehicle. It was placed a week and two business days prior to my service. After assessing my vehicle I was told a part was needed for the recall and it would need to be ordered which would take approximately three days. My appointment was scheduled saying that recall was the service I needed and the part should have been ordered so I did not now have to make a return trip. More
