Our sales consultant was Pernell Sterling, who was outstanding. Highest qualities: personable, knowledgeable, offered his opinions when solicited, was NOT a hard-sell (and that's a good thing). his outstanding. Another person we want to compliment is the F&I manager, Tridia. She was detailed, communicated very well, was engaging and personable and, like Pernell, not pushy or trying to upsell services and products. Rather, she informed us and respected whatever decisions we made. Last person was the one we talked to a couple of times on the phone and also via text- Aliya. Conscientious, good follow-through and likeable. very good group overall. More
