Honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable I just leased a 2019 CR-V EX and had a great time working with Julio (BD Manager), Jerry (Sr. Sales), and Ali (Finance). We had agreed on a price before I ever stepped foot in the dealership. I asked around at some other dealerships, and only 1 could match Garden State Honda, but their customer service was garbage. From the jump, Julio was straightforward and helped facilitate the entire process, even taking the time to text with me at 930PM on Tuesday. That's the type of customer service that sets a dealership apart when there are 5 others, within 30 minutes, selling the same cars. They had the car cleaned and ready for me when I got there first thing on a Saturday. I switched over all of my stuff from my 2016 CRV while they handled some paperwork. From start to finish I was out of there in 90 minutes and had pleasant conversations throughout. If you're getting a Honda in north NJ, don't go anywhere else. Oh, and shoutout to Andre who walked me through all of the bells and whistles. He knew his stuff and was super helpful. More
