Lies!! I didn't comply with any deals. I came for an HRV and the guy back with his manager to offer me a Honda Accord for my budget. Mind you I was trading in a brand new Honda Civic. Then the sales guy send me a bogus email that he wants to help me , I reply to that stupid email stating that I work during 9-5 to call me after 5 and I never get a response. I then get several calls during my working hours after I stated that I cant talk , I AM WORK FOR GOODNESS SAKES!! I then comply and try calling back - I keep getting sent to voicemail, SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Cant get a hold of the guy " Hansel" who claims he would like to help my whole family get into Honda's. NOT SORRY, Straight Bogus!! Refuse to go back to them or refer them to anyone , family or friend. Please stay away!!! Came off like a scam on locking me into high payments anyways!! I've found better customer service, professionalism, sales rep service somewhere else! Please take this advice if you are investing in a new car for you and family!! More
