Garden State Honda

New HRV for my daughter. My daughter is a baker and works long hours. Her lease is coming due in November. She asked if I could look at an HRV for her. After researching online I went to Garden State Honda. I was concerned that I wouldn't get the information necessary for my daughter to make a purchase because of prior experiences at other car dealerships. That didn't happen here. Upon arrival I asked to speak with a manager and was introduced to Ed, he HEARD me out and introduced me to a very cordial and understanding young man Mustafa. We discussed my daughters needs and likes. We landed on a New HRV. After a no pressure discussion on price, I made a call to my daughter (who was working) and determined this was the car for her. Needless to say our expectations were met and then some. Last night we picked up the HRV. It was clean with a full tank of gas. Mustafa went over the car with us, set up cell phones and pointed out several safety features of the car. After we completed the motor vehicle paperwork. The GM Eric introduced himself and thanked for coming to Garden State Honda. He asked if everything was to our satisfaction and that we should contact him with any concerns. By far the best experience I've had in purchasing a vehicle. Well my daughter drove off as she had to go to work. She called me to let me know she arrived to work safely (routine for us)... And she said "OMG dad how come we didn't get one of these before?" I could hear the excitement in her voice about driving her new HRV. Thank you Garden State Honda for making my little girl happy. More
