I can easily compare the customer service and Garden State Honda gave me a conformable and hassle-free conversation with the reasonable out of door price. Moreover, they offered me car accessories worth 600 dollars and you could see the math right there. I have to mention David Russo have been so friendly and nice to me and even called me back after the store closed after 9:00 PM regarding my purchase. Anjelica in Finance as well, provided me sufficient information and got me the lowest APR for financing. General speaking, great team, hassle-free environment, reasonable out-of-door price. I live in Philly and I even come all the way up there for purchase. Highly recommend Garden State Honda and I definitely go back if I need another car in the future. More

Best car buying experience I want to start by saying I purchased a vehicle dec 31 2018 and I was so impressed I came back Jan 4th to purchase another vehicle. The staff from Lou Auriemma sales manager to Hector Bravia sales man to Angelica in Finance could not of been mor helpful as this was by far my best car experience buying I have ever had in over 40 years.I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know and I already started to.Kudos for such a great team More
I would give this a 0 rating if I could I had a horrible experience from the second I walked in the door to purchase my car until currently. I purchased a BRAND NEW car in September and neg I had a horrible experience from the second I walked in the door to purchase my car until currently. I purchased a BRAND NEW car in September and negotiated the price online before I walked into the door, only to have to haggle for hours to get the purchase price that was already agreed to, After taking the car home, I had to return two days later to have a second key made that I was told was already ready... after 3 hours in the service department I found out I was sold a car with a recall attached (which is illegal) and they we trying to fix the recall before I found out. After I get the car & the key back and go home... I have to them return back two days later because the key did not work and the tire sensors kept going off after they "fixed" the recall... needless to say, it took 3 extra visits just to have my sensors fixed... call after call to the managers and NOONE returned my calls. 2 months later.... back blinker light does out, only for service to tell me that they cant fix for a week... so I am now supposed to drive around for a week with no break lights with a newborn. I come out of my pocket to fix the break light only to find out 2 weeks later that there is a leek in my windshield wiper fluid tank.... 3 days later, and multiple calls to service, I finally get a Manager to call me back (as they wanted me to wait another 6 days to bring the car in). I was sold a xxx car, and no one in that dealership or service department cares. It has been an absolutely horrible experience. The only pleasant and helpful person I have dealt with there is Rohit in the Service Department. More

Dave Russo was extremely patient and helpful with us throughout the process and I never found him to be pushy or overly aggressive like some of the other salespeople we dealt with while shopping. Part of the reason we decided to buy from Garden State Honda was that we liked David and were happy to make a deal with him. I would go back if we need another car in the future.
