First off she was very warm and friendly and ofcourse very professional. And, what I respect about her is that at the get go she was very honest. She was very thorough and she didn't give me the go around. She explained everything nice and steady not fast like I had at another Honda dealer. And, she understand that this is what I have but this is what I'd like to get and where my payment would like to be. She was quiet held there as well. Her team was also very friendly as well.
