I had financed this new 2010 CX-7 and within 1 year I had major engine/turbo/oxygen sensor etc etc issues. WIth my frustration growing over 3 years I've become very depressed until the day I walked through the Garden State Honda dealership doors. I was just curious to explore my options in maybe financing a new car especially a Honda with its superior brand rating in all areas. I was assigned to Johny B who displayed a warm and friendly smile on his face as he approached and extended his handshake to welcome me. The reason WHY I give Johny B such a superior /great 5 rating was because he show empathy and real concern in listening to my frustrations, he provided exceptional customer service in uncovering my needs in order to recommend the vehcle that would fit my lifestyle needs . In addition, he exhibited a friendly and professional manner in handling the task at hand. He gave me the confidence and reassurance that I was in good hands at the dealership. Of course the excellent price options fit my budget. Johny B represent the dealership in a positive manner. My overall experience at Garden State Honda was drama free, smooth sailing , no pressure tactics to sell me a car, and pleasant. Everyone worked wtih me from the beginning (Johny to Tanya (Natasha) to Monty in detailing.) to the end until I drove out the dealershp in my brand new 2014 coffee color CR-V crossover in which I LOVE !! Even the general manager Eric came over and introduce himself to make sure I was ok before I even consider to get the car. Eric's professional style also assured that Johny and the team will meet my car and price needs. The paperwork and processing was seamless and effortless . I didnt have to do a thing except sign at the dotted line. I felt like I hit LOTTO. Tanya had professionally with a wonderful smile clearly explained the extended warranty and its benefits to the point where it was a no brainer to purchased now than later. In conclusion, I will tell everyone I know about the wonderful and professional customer service at THE GARDEN STATE HONDA in Clifton/Passaic NJ. But the proof is in the pudding when I drive up and they see the beauty of my car.
