From the moment I made my appointment with the Service department I received five star service. The parts were ordered in advance, my car was taken by the service valet. She took great care to help me with my paperwork, show me to customer waiting area and make sure I had something to eat and some coffee to hold me over. The staff was accommodating, efficient and accurately estimated the amount of time it would take to install my roof rack/rails. When my car was ready, Natasha came to pick me up in the wait area, gave me her email in case I ever needed to reach her for any work to be done on my car or regular service calls. THAT is EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY service. THAT made me feel like I had gone to the right place, and I should stay with this company. More
