Garden State Honda

I was looking around to get a new Civic to replace my aging 2002 one. I came in and Bishoy greeted me at the door and asked what I was in for. After telling him what I wanted, he went right to work. He was very patient and explained a lot of things to me. I was looking for a blue Civic, but he had told me the blue was not available. The stock on the 2013's were very low because of the model years end. Needless to say, he surprised me the day I picked up my new car with exactly what I wanted...a blue Civic! I know the color is a minor thing, but he truly made my day! I can't remember the last time I was so happy! Bishoy was extremely kind and was not pushy or anything to that nature. He really went out of his way to get me what I wanted and I am so thankful for that. Hamad in finance was also amazing. He got me the best possible APR and was also very patient. He explained a lot of things to me and repeated some info back to me when I was confused or didn't understand. Overall, my car buying experience was absolutely amazing! Even the ladies at the front desk were very kind. I got a great price and got the exact car I wanted. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU SO MUCH! More

By the time I made it to Garden State Honda, this had made my 3rd dealership visit for the day. I must say in comparison to the other Honda and Toyota dealership I visited close by, my stop at Garden State Honda was by far the best. I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist and a just as pleasant sales consultant, Bishoy Fathalla was introduced to me. Bishoy took his time to understand my needs before coming close to having me go for a test drive and without using the typical "car sales man approach." He was very patient and stayed with me far beyond closing time of the store along with his sales manager Sandro. They worked extremely hard to try to meet me in the middle with my budget and what really made my night was that they made a car that seemed a little out of my reach become a reality. I had my sister with me and we also were getting advice from a close friend on the phone during the process and at no point did neither Bishoy or Sandro make me feel rushed or in anyway uncomfortable. The next night when I went to finalize the paperwork and pick up my car, I was introduced to the Finance manager Avery who did a spectacular job in ironing out the final details and explaining the documents to me. He also further worked with me to make sure I was getting the most value for my dollar in later purchasing Honda care at the right price for me. As a woman, I know it is often intimidating walking into a car dealership but with the right people in your corner, doing your research and also working with Sales consultants like Bishoy, I can honestly say my experience here was indeed an awesome one. Bishoy even took the step of showing me a ton of features on my new car when he handed me the keys to my vehicle and went above just showing me the basics. He was totally patient and followed up with me even the next day making me feel like a very valued customer. I will most definitely be recommending anyone I know to Bishoy at Garden state Honda. More

After a bad experience at a different location, I went to garden state Honda ,I dealt over the phone with crystal and Natasha which by the way they are great and the only reason I decided to go there to begi garden state Honda ,I dealt over the phone with crystal and Natasha which by the way they are great and the only reason I decided to go there to begin with. I explained the them my situation walked me through a few steps online for the online app for credit, and I got a returned call within 10 miniatures and Natasha quickly said sir what color would you like you car.. That made my day, went there met with braulio who was also great and helpful . After meeting with and having him take care of everything I met with Hamad who also did a great and fast job. I was taken care of very well by the the four of the, would definitely recommend them to anyone. More

We were particularly very happy with the sales manager, Julio Cartagena, who was very coordial and provided the necessary information to help us make an informed decision about the brand and model of the car. There was no pressure on what to buy or to buy/finance/lease etc. This made us feel very comfortable with the decision as it was ours and not influenced upon. Our experience post purchase continues to be good. The car is excellant and the sales manager, Julio, follows up to see if all is well. I gladly recommend the dealership and the sales manager to anyone else looking to purchase a new Honda. More
