The entire team at Garden State Honda was great from start to finish. I shopped around at other dealerships and didn't receive the one on one attention I received here. I went to this dealership simply to ask a few questions - my first time, ever, in a Honda Dealership (long been a Toyoto owner.) Was introduced to sales agent Simon C. who was friendly, efficient (very) my first time, ever, in a Honda Dealership (long been a Toyoto owner.) I knew what I wanted and, to some extent, even knew the answers to some of my questions so it was easy for me to ascertain that Simon's answers were honest - so much so that within a short time I signed a 36 month lease (my first Honda!) My decision to do so was attributable to Simon C's demeanor and expertise. I then moved into the "financial area" and met Hamad M - another friendly and efficient employee who presented and simplified the financial aspects to me (and gave me a homemade cookie from his own lunch!) That nicety aside, I was impressed overall with this dealership and highly recommend. More

It was so unexpected, and not like me. This is a plus for both the dealership, and their personnel. Julio, the sales representative was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and had a great personality. He explained all facts about the Honda and took me for a terrific test drive. while in the test car, he pointed out all information about the car and how to use it. He dealt with his manager for me. He also told me I may contact him for any reason concerning my new Honda. I also enjoyed my interaction with Victor and Sandro, who both helped with my purchase.
