I went to Garden State Honda to trade-in my Civic for a certified used CR-V in the evening around 6pm. I was introduced to Johan and as soon as I sat with him I knew I was talking to a honest, sincere and certified used CR-V in the evening around 6pm. He listened patiently as my wife and I told him the colors, models and the budget range we were looking for. He showed us many different CR-Vs and not once did he push us to consider one of them. After we decied to get the CR-V we wanted, he first appraised my trade-in as requested and I did not have to haggle to get the right price for the trade-in. From the test drive to finance, he listened to each and every word we said and suggested options. I must say any other sales person would have got annoyed with the number of times I did the calculations for final on-road cost, but not Johan. He was like a brother helping me decide the best option. We drove with the CR-V at 10pm. Not once during the 4 hours did Johan express as if he was tired and wanted to get the deal done somehow and go home at the usual closing time of 9pm.
