My salesman, Anthony Williams was not only great, I felt he was very "honest". I never got that feeling of being taken advantage of with Anthony. I normally feel going to a car dealership is like going to a dentist, I hate it! This was very, very different. When I met with Hamad Matari, I thought it was going to be another 2 hours of "add this, add that, you should do this you should do that", not the case. Hamad made us feel so comfortable and I did not need to climb mount Everest. It went so smooth, he informed me of all the additional options for a lease and did not hammer me to purchase any of them. I think I may be in love....LOL- sorry my husband....And I will be back when I am ready to turn in my 2010 Hybrid.......maybe, I just may keep it forever. Thank you for the GREAT EXPERIENCE Guys. One thing, we went back to the vehicle prep area (no we were NOT allowed but broke some rules) and met the most respectful, helpful detail person, EVER. I am sorry I did not get his name and I did not see his picture in the employee directory. What a GUY! and what a job he did. PERFECT! Not a speck of pollen on the truck. He gets my vote too.
