In fact, they were pleased that I took time to read through the documents and ask intelligent questions and complained that many of their customers blindly sign without reading the materials. I was pleased that the sales rep. did NOT use pressure sales tactics to convince me to close the deal. My only disappointment was that they handed me a car that had almost an empty gas tank, and I had to drive it on fumes to the nearest gas station to fill it up. More
