Passaic Service Team: Unlike my prior experience, I have received excellent service from the Passaic location. I wrote a letter commending one of the girls (Samantha) for her exceptional customer service. As a rule, you don't see this type customer service any more. These folks go out of their way to accommodate you. When you receive good service, you want to go back. Accolades to the sales and service staff @ Garden State. More

Horrible service would not honor Honda warranty I took my 2012 Honda Accord for an oil change back in Feb and they said i needed tire rotation which i said yes to. 1 day later i noticed that they le I took my 2012 Honda Accord for an oil change back in Feb and they said i needed tire rotation which i said yes to. 1 day later i noticed that they left one lug out so I had to go back to the dealer and for something that was their mistake i ended up waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes. But that was not the all I went this week on 4/17/14 because my car had bad wheel bearings which are covered by Honda for up to 60,000 miles and they said that my rim was bent and because of that they would not fix the bearings and told me to call my insurance company or pay for the repairs. My car was never in a masive collition for the rim to be bent and my steering wheel was not shimying at all. Long story short I went to another Honda dealer and everything was fixed through the warranty and there was no bent rim like they said. Please people be aware of this service center they want you to pay for things that your warranty covers. Horrible costumer service will not recommend at all. More
Unreliable service. Went for tire rotation. Service personnel didn't perform tire rotation. Went back to complaint and manager (woman) was arguing with me that it was performed even though it was visib personnel didn't perform tire rotation. Went back to complaint and manager (woman) was arguing with me that it was performed even though it was visible that I was right. I had a flat tire before this incident and was able to tell that the tire was in the same place after “rotation”. Since flat tire wasn't fixed at the dealership she dismissed the fact that they didn't do the work. Would not recommend to anybody, and won’t go there ever again. Don’t get fooled by these dishonest people. More

From the moment I made my appointment with the Service department I received five star service. The parts were ordered in advance, my car was taken by the service valet. I was greeted by the Manager, and department I received five star service. The parts were ordered in advance, my car was taken by the service valet. I was greeted by the Manager, and introduced to the associate who would be helping me; Natasha Nedd. She took great care to help me with my paperwork, show me to customer waiting area and make sure I had something to eat and some coffee to hold me over. The staff was accommodating, efficient and accurately estimated the amount of time it would take to install my roof rack/rails. When my car was ready, Natasha came to pick me up in the wait area, gave me her email in case I ever needed to reach her for any work to be done on my car or regular service calls. THAT is EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY service. THAT made me feel like I had gone to the right place, and I should stay with this company. More
Regards, a few months ago I gave a very nice comment for workers in the Garden State Honda Clifton NJ, but I made a mistake, I bought a car (11/26/11) and after less than a month I have a problem with the b workers in the Garden State Honda Clifton NJ, but I made a mistake, I bought a car (11/26/11) and after less than a month I have a problem with the brakes, in these less than 5 months I visited the Garden State Honda in Clifton NJ, 584 West Rte.3. twice to help me to solve the problem of my car, but I have not received the promised assistance, I experienced disappointment and lack of professionalism of the service manager and his mechanic, they sent me home like an idiot with a response that is normal to the Honda Civic 2011 to hear the loud robing sound when release brake.Everything I wrote in my previous comment I want to withdraw from the desire to help others Not be naive like me and be careful where to buy car. Sorry for any interference, all the best from a naive buyer. JUST AN UPDATE, I visited the Garden State Honda for the third time, this time American Honda Representative tried to explain to me the problem with the new HONDA CIVIC 2011 His theories about the problem with my car were this, a car that was parked outside have a problem with the brakes, Due to bad weather (rain, snow), I thought to myself, should I first buy a car garage or car? other theory of American Honda Representative was that I need to wait six months or a year and that the issue will resolve itself, I thought to myself, should I buy a used car because they are better than HONDA CIVIC 2011.FUNNY OR WHAT?
