I was delayed for in my day for 6 hours. First, Gardena Nissan performed the work that included a valve cover and gasket replacement in November 2024. I returned because the work had failed, per a tech at Jiffy lube, who i commissioned to do my tune-up. The service rep Carlos informed me it would take 4 house for diagnostic, and that I couldn't get a loaner nor a rental until warranty repair was approved. Reluctant I agreed, he sent me home in an Uber. More than 4 hous passed no phone call from Carlos. I called and Carlos informed me that the warranty had been approved. I inquired about a loaner. Carlos claimed no loaner nor rental was available. Carlos asked me to bring my car back in 2 days, it was a Thursday. I was frustrated and highly disappointed. I pushed back. Although the work was completed about 2 hours before closing Carlos wanted to send me an Uber at 5:30 pm. I will never use Gardena Nissan again and I am writing a public review about my experience.
