Wonderful Experience! My husband and I had been looking for a new larger SUV for a couple months. We finally narrowed it down to a Ford Explorer or a Toyota Highlander. We visited the Ford dealership in Madison, IN, but didn't feel like they were willing to work with us. We found our 2016 Ford Explorer online and called Garlitch. We went to test drive on a Friday evening, and ended up buying the car that night! Everyone we worked with went above and beyond to make us comfortable with our new purchase!
