This Sars CoV-2 pandemic that we're experiencing now didn't hamper the experience that much. They had a system in place that enabled us to do most of what we needed through text and Email. When we came to pick the vehicle up, we signed what we had to, the car was clean and ready to go. Hyundai has offers in place as well, that are making it financially easier for buyers. Great car-buying experience even in the time of covid19 We just purchased our fourth Hyundai. We have loved everyone so far. They all went out of their way to make the situation as good as possible with social distancing being of utmost importance. We replaced a hybrid Sonata with another hybrid Ioniq similar to one we already own. Adam made it possible for us to test drive the car we were looking at and frequently contacted us via email on how he could be of service. He was able to give us the deal we wanted. Troy made the financing situation easy and explained the options we had in terms of guarantees, rust proofing etc.in an easily understandable way. He also did his utmost to make these options affordable. Yesterday we worked with Chris to finalize the paperwork and take the vehicle home. He was friendly, knowledgeable, worked with us at a time that was good for us, and offered to show us the car's options when social distancing was no longer needed. We were in and out in a timely manner. Since this is our second Ioniq hybrid we already knew about most of the vehicle's characteristics. In fact it is the many safety features as well as the great gas mileage that brought us back to another Ioniq. We have had our Hyundais serviced at the Plattsburgh location for nine years now. They have always addressed our needs and questions. Appointments are made quickly, If the service department was't as good as it is we would not be buying another Hyundai. More
