Bad customer service After 1week of having this vehicle found it unsafe on snowy roads. Called to have them change tires and was told they didn't know what they could do u After 1week of having this vehicle found it unsafe on snowy roads. Called to have them change tires and was told they didn't know what they could do unless I bought new tires. Now I am spending hundreds on new tires. Also found the person doing the financial part got rude when I wasn't to happy with the interest rate I got. I still bought the vehicle. I would never shop there again and I will be shopping for another vehicle in the next 2 months for my son it will not be there. I also bought a 2017 Toyota and have fantastic service there and will return there. I wasn't asking for snow tires but just winter tires this is the north country we get snow. Why sell cars with summer tires?????? Not a happy customer. Brian Baker was good on the sale but not helpful in fixing the tire problem. More
