Purchase of a new car Was a wonderful experience purchasing my new car through Cary Crossley Ford. I was greeted at the door by Mr. O'Brien, very nice & polite young man. Was a wonderful experience purchasing my new car through Cary Crossley Ford. I was greeted at the door by Mr. O'Brien, very nice & polite young man. He asked what I was interested in looking at and gave me several options to test drive. At the conclusion of each test drive, he asked me several questions in regards to the comfort or the car & my rating and what would make that rating higher. These exact questions became the selling point and the purchase point of the 2015 Fusion that I made. I came down to the comfort of the seat. I test drove a Fusion & Escape. I like the height of the Escape but the seat was horrible in comfort. The seat in the Fusion was very comfortable and hugged with comfort but didn't feel the height, until Patrick point out the option on the seat adjustment that raised the seat. This sold the car. What a great sales person!!!!! As I understand I was his 2nd sale, UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! True sales person! More

Even made sure all of our questions were answered before letting us leave. It was close to closing time by the time we xxxxx everything up but Jamie & Frankie made sure we were completely happy before sending us away with our new car. We have had several calls from the dealership over the last month making sure we were completely happy with our purchase. We will diffidently be return customers. I do want to say the financing process is rather long. Not sure how to make it an easier process. We will recommend anyone to Gary Crossley & Jamie Cook. More
