You will be stock on the car you do not want because once you sign a paper they will not help you with anything or even speak to you, they will either ignore all calls or just tell you there is noting they can do. please do not trust the finance guy, plus ford cars bad resale value anyways. I was referred to work with Sam Dorsey by a previous co-worker of mine and with a brief call on the phone prior to my visit, Same had everything ready for my arrival and I had absolutely ZERO wait time! I was test driving within 5min...now that's BEST IN CLASS Customer Service! I also had the pleasure of working with Tim Parnacott. Tim road with me on the test drive and man did we turn the music up and Jam the entire time...Gotta get the real life scenarios during test drive right! We had a great time! Did you know if you buy a car at Gary Crossley you get FREE CAR WASHES! I returned to the dealership with my beautiful Mazda3 S Sport 2010 to get my very first car wash a few days later and the entire staff was so kind to walk me step by step on how the FREE car washes work and were more than happy to spend the time with me. Every person I worked with the day I bought the car remembered me and made sure to say Hi and ask me how I was doing and how my new ride were doing! I knew the moment I walked into Gary Crossley that I was in great hands and knew they would give me the best deal possible! I never thought I would get approved for a loan and especially at a nice dealership like Crossley...My Credit is far from good but with the amazing connections that Crossley has and the skill of Ricky Lynn in Financing, I was able to get approved and get a beautiful car too! Ricky Lynn made the financing part of the process a breeze and I never felt overwhelmed with the paperwork for a second! I believe at the very end of the paperwork, I said "That's it!". I got an incredible deal on my Mazda3 and would refer anyone that is looking to buy a car to go to Gary Crossley! Our visit an conversations with Brad Christopher were very pleasant and informational. He was very professional and seemed to be able to determine what our needs were. We started out looking for a car while we waited to have our F350 truck diagnosed. It turned out that the problems with the F350 were very extensive and our needs and priorities changed. Brad was able to find just the truck that met our needs. He was never pushy and allowed us time to think over our needs. (Several days). I just finished my "Sync" class with Frankie at Gary Crossley Ford. What great information and she talks in simple terms to help us novices out! I am looking forward to sitting in my car and trying all the new "gadgets" I have. If you want to get a Ford vehicle with Sync, Frankie is the person you need to speak with. She will help you become proficient at using all the features that Sync offers. I have been a "service" customer of Gary Crossley for the past several years, using their service department for my vehicles. Their service group is amazing, so when it was time for me to b Crossley for the past several years, using their service department for my vehicles. Their service group is amazing, so when it was time for me to buy a vehicle, I knew I wanted to buy from this dealership as well. I went in, and Jerry immediately greeted me and was able to help get me started looking at cars. I finally narrowed down my search to two vehicles, and I was on a very strict budget. I really wanted to buy from Gary Crossley, but another Ford dealership in the area had a similar vehicle for a better price. I was so impressed when Jerry and his sales manager worked with me on a deal that fit my budget, met the price at the other dealership, AND took fantastic care of me during the whole process. The great service didn't stop when I signed my name to the contract, either. Jerry made sure my new truck was PERFECT for me when I picked it up, and Frankie did a fantastic job walking me through the SYNC services (which I hadn't used before). Even after I drove off the lot, both Jerry and Frankie have followed up to make sure that I am 100% happy with my new truck.
