I have received several follow up calls from various people there wanting to be sure that I am completely satisfied with my purchase and the experiance. They also offer a sync class to be sure that you understand the technological features of your vechile. That is were Frankie come in. She does a great job with the class and is very informative and well prepared. They even offer three levels to be sure they help all of their diverse customer base.. It's truly a great place to shop. Tim Parnacott knows his cars and how to sell. He listened to what our needs were and brought a car that he thought would work for us. I don't know where to start with this place. It starts with bad and just gets worse. The sales person didn't offer a test drive of the new 2013 Fiesta that I unfortunately purchased, had to ask for starts with bad and just gets worse. The sales person didn't offer a test drive of the new 2013 Fiesta that I unfortunately purchased, had to ask for a owners manual, did not go over any of the cars functions, sloppy detailing. Issue with a noise coming from the engine compartment. I was told ... They all do that, then he (Tom) denies saying that. I ask if they could show me another 2013 Fiesta that makes the same noise since they all do that. That didn't happen... This is all within the first week of owning this car. I'm seriously exploring options with Better business bureau and Ford corporate. Worst experience I've had from any dealer in my life. Thanks Gary Crossley Ford. More
Went to Sync services class and learned a great deal. Frankie Petty was very informative, answered all our questions and took the extra time to explain things we didn't understand or had questions on. No pressure and patient but had all the answers for me when I was looking. Very qualified to deal with customers looking to buy a new Ford vehicle. Have dealt with them for years only because their between my home and work. Over time have had numerous issues with them, especially the service department. Several times I've taken near new vehicles in with my home and work. Over time have had numerous issues with them, especially the service department. Several times I've taken near new vehicles in with problems and had them respond with "no problem found" and then take it to Midway Ford and have it fixed. The last issue was a remote starter that I had installed at time of purchase. It kept shutting the car off at least once a week, sometimes while driving. If you let it sit for from 1 hour to a day or so you could restart it. Of course 1st time in "no problem found". 2nd time in they gave me a loaner and the mechanics drove it for a week as they would their own vehicle then decided to give it back with remote disconnected to see if it would happen again. Three months later,It did not. Took it back again and they put "a whole new system in" they had never had that problem before. One week later did it again. Told them to take it off and refund purchase price. Took it off but said refund would be sent in mail in less than 2 weeks. It's been over a month haven't seen it yet. Their telling me 2 more weeks. We'll see. More
