I have been looking at an Acura RDX for over 5 weeks and purchased the car from Gary Force Acura even though I live over 4 hours away. Easily the best experience I have had compared to the other 3 Acura dealerships I have visited. Hana was very knowledgable about the car and the benefits/functionality of newer models versus older models. She was energetic and was very eager to ensure that the buying process went smoothly. Dream Come True Initially I came in the dealership to look at a base model of an Acura. I had no intention of buying the Premium model but was interested in the diffe Initially I came in the dealership to look at a base model of an Acura. I had no intention of buying the Premium model but was interested in the difference between the Base vs Premium. I was greet by Hana, an expert in Acura. She lead me to the Base model and explained everything I needed to know about the Base model and was allowed to test drive. Afterward, she lead me to the Premium model and told me the difference between Base vs Premium. After test driving the Premium Model, we started to discuss the price. She went above and beyond to get me to the price I wanted. I even changed my mind to get the Premium model instead. Hana, is an excellent sales person who goes above and beyond to get YOU the car YOU want. She was able to answer all questions related to the car. She kept me updated with the status of my car and called me as soon as the car arrived. She showed me around the Acura dealership which kept me informed where each department was. She explain to me what the next processes are which made buying a car easy. Hana, you are the best and thank you for helping me choose the car I want.
