Thorough, Courteous, Efficient Today, I used the drive up service feature. No appointment necessary for oil changes, certain other procedures. I also had my wheels rotated. This was the initial oil service since purchasing our Jeep Cherokee. Mathews Motors paid for this one. I paid for the wheel rotation. Arriving about 8:45 A.M., I was greeted and asked what sort of service I came for. Data checked quickly, especially since I bought the Jeep there, and relinquished my key. 35 minutes later, the Jeep was ready to roll, and I went to the pay window. The service writer escorted me to the window, all the while explaining what was included in the oil service; topping of fluids, certain system checks, etc. I asked about future maintenance and was given a briefing on what I requested. There are simply no complaints for this effective dealership, in my opinion. More
