My mother did not get swamped by someone while we were looking at some cars in the lot, which is one of our biggest fears of going to get a car. When we visited Gary Rome we were just starting the process of looking for a new car. Michael Pijar was very well versed in all the Hyundai models. He new what car had what features and really convinced us that the Hyundai was right for us. We looked at the Honda and the Nissans, but were clearly sold with the Hyundai. Michael strikes a great balance between being an effective salesperson and still not being pushy. He is knowledgeable and made the process so simple. He has a wonderful personality and we would recommend Gary Rome, and Michael Pijar without any hesitation!! More

John is very easy to talk to , and after a few minutes you get a very comfortable feeling, like you've known John for years. John treated me and my wife Donna, exactly the way I would like to be treated. John helped me buy an Elantra. The price was good, and what I got for my Honda as a trade, was exactly what I was hoping to get. I have to give Jessica Reid a rating of 10 also, for the same reasons as John. It doesn't take long to feel relaxed talking to Jessica. It seemed like a mountain of paperwork, but Jessica made it easy and in a short amount of time. Everything was explained and all questions were answered with no surprises. Jessica also took the extra time and found me a lower interest rate than the one quoted. Again, I wish I could find a word better than OUTSTANDING to describe Jessica. I'd like to thank John and Jessica for all they did to help me buy another Hyundai. I won't go anywhere else the next time I buy a car. More

when purchasing this car a 2013 elantra limited, i had the best sales person i personally have ever dealt with. john was not only very informative, but personable and cheerful. he really helped my wife un the best sales person i personally have ever dealt with. john was not only very informative, but personable and cheerful. he really helped my wife understand the controls and electronics of the dash, as well as the features necessary to safe driving. i appreciated that very much. cliff was his usual self, smart, funny and laid back gary was, is and i think will always be the most available, down to earth, and straight forward owner that i have met in my many years of buying and selling cars. no wonder i have the kia optima and hyundai elantra, when i could have bought just about any car (equos excluded). of course the warranty doesn't hurt either. sincerely, milt robar More

Absolutly fabulous visit to the dealership, Michael was very knowledgable and helped me through the whole thing. The plus to all this wAS we got to meet Gary and Jack and that was a thrill, Jack showed us all the tricks he knew and Gary was very personable...he took time with us and made us feel welcome. I bought my first car from his Dad and I bought my last car from him...I am saying my last car because I am going to be 70 years old and with the warrenty they give I believe this should be my last.
