I originally went to Bertera Mistubishi with the intent and notion to purchase a Lancer I had tested. The salesman informs me he made a mistake and the 10yr 100k warranty does not transfer to the 2nd owner and notion to purchase a Lancer I had tested. The salesman informs me he made a mistake and the 10yr 100k warranty does not transfer to the 2nd owner of a vehicle. This was an 09 Lancer with 20k... So, I am furious! I feel screwed and leave, no deal. I dive a few miles down the road to Gary Rome Hyundai. They tell me off the bat the warranty is the same, however if I choose to not go with the promotional "free" 32in TV they can certify the 09 Hyundai Elantra for me with no additional cost. I liked this deal and told them I would consider it and get back to them... The following day I came to make a deposit and they already put it through the certification inspection. That is what I call efficiency. My father had a very bad family emergency, and being a new college grad I needed him to co-sign. So, on a Saturday they opened up the business office for an hour so I could finalize all my paperwork to pick up the car that Monday. My father made his very important flight. It made me happy they went above and beyond and were very considerate for our situation. When I picked up the car it had no more mats in it, I informed Brian my salesman and i was given a brand new set with out trouble. They were honest with me about my trade and simply suggested I sell it myself (which I did) and got 2x what they told me they would be able to offer, so it was good advice. The price was a grand less than the Lancer, with more toys. The car rides well is put together nicely and clean. I got all the proper paperwork, carfax etc. Just a well run dealership, with a PERSONABLE and professional staff. I thank them for the experience, I intend to return in a few years. More

I was incredibly please with every aspect in my dealings with Gary Rome Hyndai. Both David and Mark were not only knowledgeable but incredibly helpful. I had been to several other car dealers in my search and none of them made me feel as at ease as Dave and Mark did at Gary Rome Nissan. In fact I was highly irritated by other dealers as it was obvious they cared more about their sales then they cared about my needs. Other dealers continuously tried to over sell me when I clearly knew what I was looking for. The people at Gary Rome never made me feel this way and in fact made conservative suggestions that actually fit my needs better than some of my own choices. I had a great experience with both Mark and Dave at Gary Rome Nissan and strongly reccomend them. More

I live in Texas; my son is going to college in central Massachusetts. I bought a new Hyudai for him ,through this dealership with the help of Jason Cisek ( salesperson). For a variety of reasons, this was a difficult process conducted over the internet, however Jason and the Dealer made the process as easy as it could be. In February my wife and I moved to Holyoke from Taunton to be close to our daughter, her husband, and our first grandchild. They had recently moved to this area from Boston. We drive a 2002 Hyundai Sant to be close to our daughter, her husband, and our first grandchild. They had recently moved to this area from Boston. We drive a 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe and a 2003 Infiniti G35 Sport Coupe, both purchased new. We believe in having our cars serviced by the dealers we bought the cars from, they are the experts and most interested in our satisfaction. We now need to find local dealers here to take over our service. We were skeptical at first because we didn’t know anyone in this part of the state. In April, the Santa Fe had a problem with the rear suspension. I happened to see a Gary Rome Hyundai ad on TV and called for an appointment. I was impressed with their convenient service hours. When I arrived they were courteous and thorough. Even though our vehicle was 8 years old with 137,000 miles they completely replaced the lower rear arms and complete sub-frame under factory recall on the Santa Fe. I was amazed at how quickly and thoroughly the work was done. The Santa Fe rides like new again. Steve, Sean, Dave and Carlos were very professional in taking care of everything, as was the entire staff. Just recently, our Infiniti was broken into through the passenger side window. Glass was everywhere and what a mess they made of the interior. It was a rainy night about 11:15. My wife and I were asleep when a neighbor woke us and said the car was broken into. We called the police and then Gary Rome Hyundai. We told Stephanie in service that we needed a place to bring the car inside overnight to protect the car and the interior from the rain. Stephanie and the evening crew were great. Even this late, they agreed to wait for us to arrive and stay after midnight closing if necessary. When my wife and I arrived at 11:57 they were so nice and sympathetic to our distress from having the car broken into and vandalized. They never appeared to be in a hurry to close and go home for the night. Stephanie got on the phone with Steve Maiolo the Service Director (at midnight), explained our request to keep the car inside overnight. Steve said, “absolutely”. What a relief that was. After taking care of the details, we all went off to our homes for the night. For us, we felt at ease knowing Gary Rome Hyundai was taking care of our car. The following day, Sean called to tell me the status on the damage and to give me an estimate for repairs. He said the damage wasn’t as bad as we originally thought and the repairs would be completed as soon as my insurance company gave the OK. In the meantime he said the car would be able to stay inside in an empty bay while it was still raining. I can’t tell you how much that meant to us. The next couple days passed and our insurance appraiser finally approved the repair estimate and the work was done to perfection. During all this time, they kept our car inside, even while we were all waiting for the OK from our insurance adjuster. Well, we finally got the car back and everything was as good as new. They even washed, vacuumed and cleaned it up like new again. We are so happy to have found Gary Rome Hyundai to service our vehicles. They are far superior to the dealers we bought our cars from, and any other dealer we have ever visited. The closest Infiniti dealer is in the Hartford area. We won’t be driving there though. Last Sunday, we learned our previous car needed another expensive repair. On Monday I contacted Gary Rome Hyundai and a local Honda Dealer. I told Gary Rome how much I could afford for a monthly payment expensive repair. On Monday I contacted Gary Rome Hyundai and a local Honda Dealer. I told Gary Rome how much I could afford for a monthly payment and my concern that it would not be enough to get into a new Hyundai Elantra Touring wagon. On Tuesday, I went in and test drove the car and they worked out some preliminary numbers that with a more than fair trade-in value for my car plus current rebate incentive and 72 month financing, allowed us to get into a new one for the monthly payment we could afford. On Wednesday my wife went to test drive and on Thursday I did a second test drive of the exact car that we were purchasing. All through the process we felt no pressure to buy and more patience with my tendency to be a high-maintenance customer with an inordinate amount of questions than is reasonable to expect. On Friday, although neither my wife nor I could take time from work to finish the purchasing paperwork, they were able to make arrangements by phone with our insurance company and did the credit authorization with my wife by phone. This allowed us to pick-up the car on Saturday with very little time required to complete the transaction. In addition to the 4 times we visited in person, Gary Rome himself responded (within 30 minutes) on 3 occasions to email questions I had about the purchase both before and after we had bought the car. Never any pressure, never any impatience with questions and made the deal we needed to get the car we wanted. In contrast the Honda dealership did everything in their power on my first visit to get me to leave with a signed contract for a car. The difference was staggering and made me really appreciate the level of customer service at Gary Rome Hyundai. More
