Their customer service is horrible as soon as they sell you the car you don't matter to them anymore. I bought a car less than 6 months ago the transmission now went on it and I have to pay out of pocket t you the car you don't matter to them anymore. Change and my daughters candy stolen from my car, although minor in value, the lack of professionals you hire is disgusting. The most responsive and professional service/dealership I have ever dealt with! Hector checked in with me the day I dropped off my car, the next morning and continually to update me about my car until it was have ever dealt with! Service performed was oil change and air filter. It took over one hour and fifteen minutes. Way too long for a scheduled appointment. Free complimentary car was and vacuuming left me disappointed. Salesperson and fianance manager were both very friendly and helpful. All other aspects of this transaction were not up to par however. Whomever performed the PDI very lazily tore off the rear cushion cover and helpful. All other aspects of this transaction were not up to par however. Whomever performed the PDI very lazily tore off the rear cushion cover leaving the stretchy cord under the cushions. Washer fluid was also only half full and the tires all 2 pounds under inflated. Detail also wasn't great, missed more of the delivery packaging; plastic sheets over belt buckles, lights, plastic trim, etc. And not great outside cleaning, the fuel fill and cowl area were both completely missed. Dealer as a whole is uninformed on the VIN Etch process putting stickers in door jambs instead of on the glass per CT requirements. In door jambs is also completely useless if the vehicle is ever actually stolen as you can not see them! To sum up, customer facing support A+, back end service D and I really do not want to risk my vehicle bringing it back here for service. More
