Service was nothing above and beyond . Just your average dealership. I already knew what I wanted from looking online so there was no persuading needed. Pretty quick to get the car I wanted and out the door. Just everything that happened afterwords was unprofessional. When Anthony screwed my front license plate on, not only did he forget to install the license plate bracket, but he didn’t even take the time to install it correctly and center it in the markers provided. It was completely off-centered, making my car look disheveled. So I had to go all the way back to the dealership to deal with that and get it fixed. On the day I went to bring my car back in, not one person knew I was coming in nor knew why I was there. They had to call and confirm with the GM. After the fix at the body shop, my license plate looked great, like nothing ever happened, but the inside of my car was trashed. I brought it in for service on Thursday morning. It had rained pretty heavy that night around 530. No service plastic mat was ever placed down on the mats, so they got filthy from the heavy rain or from something else. Nonetheless they were dirty. My radio station was changed, bass was turned up and a setting was turned off in my car (auto-hold). Not only was my drivers side seat reclined all the way back, but so was the passengers seat. Scratches were left on the inside of my door armrest, and near where the seat belt clicks and something was smeared all over my drivers side window and looks like they tried to wipe it off. I don’t think I will be returning back to this location. More
