I was told I should do my first service here as I purchased vehicle here, I went for an oil change and it ended up costing $140. Apparently, I needed an extra quart of oil which wasn’t accounted for purchased vehicle here, I went for an oil change and it ended up costing $140. Apparently, I needed an extra quart of oil which wasn’t accounted for in the original price of the oil change and my tires need to be rotated already… I did wait over an hour and a half and then when they told me to go out front to get my car once finished I couldn’t find it and then they couldn’t find it and then finally found it and drove it out front for me.. I will not be going back to the dealership for my next service.. More

Initially the experience was great, until I was told and paid for a service that was not completed. I could not reach anyone at the dealer when calling. Following day I was able to speak to someone who was paid for a service that was not completed. I could not reach anyone at the dealer when calling. Following day I was able to speak to someone who was not very accommodating at all. Service was completed that day. Was not a satisfying experience. More
