Rudest theives I've ever been to. took my car in for a loud whining rattle under the hood.tokd me it was my ac compressor, charged me over 3k.picked up car to find the exact noise still took my car in for a loud whining rattle under the hood.tokd me it was my ac compressor, charged me over 3k.picked up car to find the exact noise still the same. So I complained and left the car again for the fix.they then send me a invoice with another 2k worth of work.nothing to do with the very loud whining.i declined the invoice because their so called mechanic was deceitful on inspection of the vehicle claiming things were good that wasn't and more expensive things were bad but we're good.they thought I was just a dumb woman who wouldn't know better.they wanted to replace my windshield wipers for over 200$.i declined cause i could do those myself.so in return they did not put my wipers back on securley and when I left the lot we had a tropical storm and as I'm driving down the highway 98 and turned on my wipers they flew off the car and i wss driving completely blind.i had my 7 month old and 2,year old grandkids in the car.they put my family in grave danger.i had to roll down my window stick my head out in the storm to try to see the white lines in the road so I would crash into something. And I still have to find someone to repair what I took it in there for.i do not recommend anyone taking their car here.when I went to pick up my car they totally blew me off and walked away.there was another woman in there also complaining she was charged a large amount of money yet they didn't fix what she brought her car in for originally.so I guess this is how they do business.i am going to file a Complaint. Do not bring your car here More
I had over 28,000 Ford reward points but the service advisor could not find them. This is the second time this happened. So I had to pay for the service work. The advisor did give me an 800 number for t advisor could not find them. This is the second time this happened. So I had to pay for the service work. The advisor did give me an 800 number for the Ford Pass Rewards. When I called them, they easily found the points. The said the service advisor should have done 2 things. 1) They should have called the 800 number when I was there and they would have straightened it out. 2) They should have asked for my Ford rewards ID number which also would have directed the advisor to my points. Since paying for the service work, Ford gave me another 8,000 points which I sure hope I can use the next time I require service. Gary Smith needs to train all of their advisors so this doesn't happen to others! More
Work was done without consent or sending a new estimate. Had a flat tire and lig nuts weee so tight a power wrench couldn't get off. Worst experience! Worth driving to another city. Last year got new brakes and recently needed a new ABS Module on my 2017 F150 Lariat. After installation and my test drive I asked them to recheck everything to be sure. No problem. With my new Michelins I don’t think a new truck can ride any better. More
Bill was very helpful in getting my truck serviced. He got me into a rental vehicle so they could find out what was going on. He was excellent in getting this done. He got me into a rental vehicle so they could find out what was going on. He was excellent in getting this done. More
