I thought the negotiation process was pretty painless, and the staff meant to make it that way. The general attitude was friendly and positive. Kind of a "DUH", but it worked. It was a pleasent experiance, no pressure, they dealt with me fairly and when I found that the car had a blown speaker they replaced it at no charge. They gave me a great value for my trade in . AT 71 I HAVE PURCHESED ABOUT 30 VEHICLES THE LAST 5 HAVE BEEN FORDS, GOD BLESS FORD THEY WILL ALWAYS HAVE MY BUSINESS!!!!! SALES PERSON WAS VERY INDENTIVE FOUND WHAT I NEEDED IN VEHICLE/PRICE. Visited this dealership with my family looking for a base model vehicle. They did not have any base models on the lot so a promotions manager offered a deal on a "Limited" version of the vehicle. We worked o model vehicle. They did not have any base models on the lot so a promotions manager offered a deal on a "Limited" version of the vehicle. We worked out and accepted a deal, shook hands on it, and were told that it was approved by the sales manager. After almost 3 hours at the dealership with the family and after filling out all the paperwork, when we were ready to sign the final purchase papers, the finance manager asked us to sign the contract with numbers that were $2K higher than what was previously agreed. We pointed out the discrepancy and the finance manager said he could not sell the car for the previously agreed amount. I was astonished at the lack of courtesy that was displayed at that moment, the lack of an apology, and the lack of effort or evidence of intent to correct the "mistake" and the lack of effort and interest to contact the sales manager or any one else to work out this difference. Based on that experience I would not recommend this dealership, but if you do go there, I recommend that you double check all the numbers before signing anything. More

Personal treatment by all personnel was fine and as I expected it would be. Just a couple of issues.....waited over two hours just to see the finance manager, delivery of a vehicle with only 34k miles wi expected it would be. Just a couple of issues.....waited over two hours just to see the finance manager, delivery of a vehicle with only 34k miles without floor mats, only one key, no key fobs and a burned out parking lamp. I think a "quality inspection" should guarantee the delivery of a perfect vehicle, with all original equipment. More

Every one was very nice and helpful. Weather was bad so Dave drove the truck into the service area to look at it.
