Tommy Choung was our service advisor and he got right on it. Tommy kept us informed and explained the issues, he was exceptional and we appreciated him very much. Tommy has been our advisor for other vehicles as well and always done good. Now if Ford would take care of the paint issue (which is a known defect) it would be great. Paint falling off car and this is not owners fault.
