Had small issue.... I had a small problem, with the car not starting, and the screen saying something about the Anti-theft system. I took it in, they listened to what I had a small problem, with the car not starting, and the screen saying something about the Anti-theft system. I took it in, they listened to what I was telling them without making me feel like I was nuts...(lol) and they took it back and for a half an hour or so, they tried different things to rectify what I was telling them.. The car has not given me any problem since even though they say they could not find a problem. The service is GREAT!!!! More

Excellent Car Service I originally bought my car at the dealership (was a different name then) over a year ago and I've been to the service department a few times since the I originally bought my car at the dealership (was a different name then) over a year ago and I've been to the service department a few times since then for repairs due to road hazards (not defects in the car) or oil changes. I have had Rich as a service person every time. He is great, he seems to do all he can to make the experience go as smoothly and quickly as possible. He doesn't hesitate to answer any questions you may have and no matter how trivial the question he doesn't talk down to you. I would recommend going to this dealership, at least for service. More

Car lease scam I have leased 3 CRV Honda vehicles since 2011. The last one was 2015 for 3 years 15,000 miles per year. I returned the vehicle one month before the en I have leased 3 CRV Honda vehicles since 2011. The last one was 2015 for 3 years 15,000 miles per year. I returned the vehicle one month before the end of the lease on December 15, 2017 and I paid extra month even though I had no vehicle. To my big surprise Honda Financial services sent me the final payout in the amount of $1,794.78 and told me that my lease was for 39 months, not 36 months. I have never negotiated 39 months lease with the dealer, but they put it in writing and never told me. This is a scam and former honda dealer Hendrick Honda should be ashamed of themselves and I hope that the new owner doesn't practice this questionable business by scaming customers with extended lease terms without telling them in order to get smaller monthly payments. More
