McKenney Chevrolet has a lot to learn about customer service. Do you homework before buying and that doesn't mean just a test drive. Search the safety, NHTSA, and compare. We have multiple other dealers More

Ms. Johnson. GM was told that if you have taken the car to another dealersihip, and they have diagnosed it, then they let them fix it. It is a new car and under warranty. We will be glad to diagnose the car, and fix the car. It will all be under warranty. When we sell a new car and a problem occurs, then we fix the problem. If there is a decision to replace the car then that has to come from General Motors. That is not our decision. Jace Stowe

The dealership told the GM rep for me to take somewhere else and trade it. The GM rep said the dealership is responsible for purchasing back a defective car they sold to their customer. McKenney is responsible for this decision not GM. And McKenney is the one responsible for customer satisfaction even if it's a matter of honor. It will be interesting to see GM's reaction to Jace Stowe's transfer of this responsibility. Yes, it is a new car-and where is the loyalty to your customers-that you sold a defective vehicle and know it's value dropped upon recognition of the transmission issue. McKenney and Jace Stowe act like it's a defective window or door lock-who wants to buy a car with a history of transmission issue...but they're in the car business and know that-notice McKenney is not offering to buy back he car....see this people because I've done business there for twenty five years and this is the way they treat me.

And NOTE they had the car on May 1st the entire day-And did not diagnose the problem and refuse to take ownership for it. Does anyone ever get tired of getting the run around...?' You know where you buy something-and it's doesn't work...and they take it back to fix it. But low and behold it's still not fixed...and you take it back....and they-you know this?

Ms. Johnson. I talked to Clif and that is not what was said. I will just leave it at that. I was not a part of that conversation, but I do trust Clif. It is not my decision to buy back a car. I know that there is nothing I can do to convince you of that. No dealership builds a new car, therefore they are not responsible for buying the car back. We have made our GM representative aware of your situation. As with any customer, I will be glad to look at your car, and fix the car if needed. Let me know if I can help. Jace Stowe

I don't know who you think you are in life...but let me open your eyes. That was my money-it's my money and customer services matters little in your arrogant reply. All that matters is you got rid of that car....and you'd cared not that it was to me. All you care about -is that it will be ME that takes the loss in the end. You don't decide we will leave it at that....and believe I know you very well.- Keep that smirk for the cameras when they arrive because we are far from over on this. You've lied to me-and that was just reported to GM-and they're not very happy-about the shift back to their court--and everyone reading this understands just how wrong you are----only you and those drawing a check and responsibility for this mess agree with you. I 'll keep this civil-I don't care what Cliff thinks.....he had the car and failed to attend that issue.
