Michael was straight up honest with me, we formulated a plan, and went on about our day with no pressure from the Sales staff. Fast forward to July 2020, I found a barely used 2020 Power Wagon and initially had Jeremiah reach out to set up an appointment. We showed up, they appraised my truck, gave me what I wanted without any pushback, and were great about walking through the different features of the truck in and out.
