Took my truck in for a safety recall , that was taken care of with no problem. Pulling off the lot I seen a Ram that I had been looking for .Mike Gomes helped me out tremendously. I had an amazing experience at this dealership. I called two days previous to my vehicle pickup and was able to finish majority of the paperwork online so that I was in and out on arrival. The level of professionalism with both Danny and James was outstanding. There was no pressure from Danny and he answered all questions I had regarding the vehicles I ended up purchasing. Even my wife was comfortable going up there to ask questions about one of the Jeep vehicles without me. Danny is a great salesman and very patient. He cares about you as a person and does not make you feel he is just trying to make a quick deal and move on. When we got to the finance office, I was quite surprised at how great the experience was. I have had experiences in the Finance office at other dealers that have been unpleasant. You get pressured into buying everything they offer. Not at this dealership. James was great to work with and very good at explaining every form and answered questions we had regarding gap protection and extended warranties. We were able to fill out all of the necessary paperwork and leave with our new vehicles in a timely manner. At no time did I feel we had any surprises or hidden costs with our purchase. I was very happy with my purchase and felt appreciated as a customer by both Danny and James. I will be back! More
