He was extremely welcoming and helpful. He was in constant contact with any word that came up about mechanical issues and when I thought about doing a trade-in, he immediately referred me to Sam. Now Sam was quick to respond and really listened to everything that I was looking for in a vehicle. He sent me recommendations until I could come back to the dealership to look. When I met up with him, that friendly man already had a vehicle set up to test drive, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and helpful when it came down to talking numbers. Sold. James brought up the caboose and really ended my experience with a bang. Again, very informative when it came down to what I was going to be expecting for payments and working with me on the best deal. Kaleb and Austin were just nice and courteous salesmen in general. Very polite and just really cool, made me feel comfortable being there. I'm very big on customer service and they did an awesome job. By the end of this experience, I drove out in my brand new 2018 Dodge Charger that I walked in and said I wasn't leaving without. Oh and to add, I definitely did my price searching on 2018 chargers all around the Carolinas north and south and it had one of the lowest prices with the color and model I wanted! I recommend this dealership out of all of them, and I don't even reside in the Gastonia area. They have a huge variety so your choices are endless.
